If you experience any issues with one of our products or the product fails to perform up to your expectations, you can submit a Request for Return and a full refund of what you paid for the product, excluding the cost of shipping. You must ship the return product back to us within 30 days after shipment delivery. We apologize that the original shipping fee is not refundable and the return shipping fee will not be covered, as well.
Please include the original invoice and used/defective parts in the return package and keep the unused items in original condition. Your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days after we receive the return package.

Follow these simple steps to return your purchase by mail:
1) Call us, email us or fill out the Request for Return form to start the return process.
2) In 1-2 business days, a pre-paid FedEx return shipping label will be emailed to you. Instead of using our pre-paid FedEx return shipping label, you can also choose to use another shipper of your choice.
3) Print out the FedEx return label.
4) Pack your return securely and keep the unused items in original condition/package if possible. Include the original invoice and used/defective parts in the package. Keep the customer portion of the invoice for your own records.
5) Affix your FedEx return shipping label to the packaging. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown.
6) Take the package to your nearest FedEx drop-off location.
