Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with any Zendura products you purchased. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Bay Materials within 30 days after shipment delivery, subject to the conditions below. Claims for missing or lost items or items damaged in transit must be received within 14 days after shipment delivery.

Before returning any product, you must first obtain an RMA number and return shipping label from Bay Materials’ Customer Service Department. The RMA number will appear on the return shipping label and will be used as a reference for the immediate replacement of any defective product or for any product to be exchanged. To start the return process, please fill out the form below or email us that information.

The replacement product or product to be exchanged will be shipped as soon as possible. In urgent cases, customers can request an express shipping service.

Return Conditions

Bay Materials is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the use of any product(s) purchased from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the product(s) only.
If the incorrect products were shipped to you as a result of our error, Bay Materials will pay for the return shipping.

If products were ordered in error, then you must pay for return shipping and you will be credited for the return less a restocking fee of 10%. Original shipping charges are non-refundable on returned items.
