Return Policy

We believe Zendura is an exceptional material and stand behind it with our return policy. If you experience any difficulties using our product, or if the product fails to perform up to your expectations, you can ship the product back to us for full refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service by email with your order  information. We will send you a printable return label by e-mail. Please include the initial invoice and all used/defective parts along with unused material in the return package.
